I grew up locally in Independence, Iowa. It's my goal as a physician to give back by improving the health in our local communities.

Why did you become a provider?
I became a provider to help others restore and maintain their health.

Why did you decide to join UPH?
I have worked for UnityPoint Health before, and I knew the area well.
 
Describe your average patient:
I see a wide variety of patients with a wide variety of concerns. 

Ideal provider/patient relationship:
My ideal interaction is one where we both work together to create a health plan specific for that patient's wants/needs.

What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy relaxing at home with my family when I am not at work.
