Professional Statement
Being a healthcare provider, what drives/motivates you each day? Knowing I have the unique privilege to care for and educate the individuals I see on a daily basis.
What qualities best describe the care you provide your patients? Holistic and compassionate care to individuals of all ages.
Why did you choose your specialty? I became a family nurse practitioner so I could treat patients in all stages of life.
As a provider, what is your medical philosophy? I aim to provide personalized care to every patient I see, instead of just treating the illness, injury or condition. I want each of my patients to feel comfortable, respected and confident in my abilities as a practicing provider.
What is the most important thing patients should know about you and your practice? I may not treat everyone the same, but that's because no two illnesses are alike. I will provide my patients with the care and compassion they may need in their given circumstance. I always want them to leave happier and healthier than when they first arrived.
Why did you become a physician/provider? To provide holistic care and education to those in the community who need it most.
What are your personal interests? I like camping, spending time with family and horseback riding.
