Seeking and obtaining health care can be stressful. I look forward to working with patients to help provide a safe and comforting environment to receive their health care.  

Why did you become a provider:
I've always enjoyed working with people in multiple different capacities. I enjoy helping and working with patients to attain and maintain their health status in a comforting and safe environment.

Why did you decide to join UnityPoint Health?
I've worked with UnityPoint Health in some capacity for more than 15 years. I started as a volunteer at Allen Hospital, then was employed for six years at Allen Hospital. I then transferred to Prairie Parkway family medicine, where I worked seven years. With my transfer to Rohlf Clinic, I'll be closer to home and still provide care to patients.

Womens health, pediatrics, dermatology and preventative care

What would your patients say about you?
I'd hope they would say I'm kind, compassionate, empathetic and a good listener.

I consider the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects to help provide the best patient experience.

What do you like to do in your free time?
Spending time with family, hiking, fishing

Notable ties to the region:
I have lived in the Cedar Valley for more than 17 years and attended the University of Northern Iowa, where I met my husband. We moved to Waverly a little more than five years ago and we're getting more familiar with the area. I'm looking forward to providing care to patients closer to home.

My husband's name is Mark. We have three beautiful, fun and busy children - Henry, Charlotte and Grace.
