I became a counselor because I enjoy helping others explore, learn and grow in their life. I want to help others advocate for themselves, lean into their strengths and grow into the person they want to be. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief or navigating problems of life, I'm committed to providing specialized counseling to facilitate your therapeutic journey.
 
What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy a wide variety of hobbies between drawing, video games, team sports, axe throwing and more. I'm always trying to do new things and challenge myself. Currently, I'm learning how to cook.
 
Topics you are passionate about?
I enjoy connecting with clients in different and fun ways rather than exclusively talk therapy. For example, I have interest in art therapy. If you have any special hobbies, identities or interests, I want to lean into those strengths throughout our partnership.
